The Worldcom Confidence Index 10 – July 2020

July results show that leaders focused on the new skills needed to succeed in a world changed by COVID-19. Crisis management and sexual harassment remained in the Top 5 topics of concern for both CEOs and CMOs. Latin America had the lowest confidence score for a Region but saw the largest increase in confidence since June. The Worldcom Confidence Index 10 – June 2020

As predicted in May, confidence in brand reputation fell out of the top five CEO topics of confidence. Corporate image and brand reputation saw the third largest decline in confidence – down 5%. Decline in confidence of leaders aged over 65 may be a bellwether for the severity of the economic crisis to come.
