Worldcom Partner Stefan Pollack of The Pollack Group is a member of the Forbes Agency Council, and is called on for advice about issues in the PR and Marketing industry. His insights were featured in a dedicated piece and as part of a recent pieces from the Council.

Gen-Z PR Pros Understand The AI Trust Crisis Better Than We Do

Pollack created an article that addresses how the PR industry is moving quickly to adopt AI. The article reviews how many organizations are moving far more slowly in teaching employees how to question it, verify it and recognize when it is being misused, while younger professionals see that disconnect clearly.

The article highlights the results of a Worldcom PR Group surveyed 138 young PR professionals across more than 15 countries about misinformation, trust, AI-generated content and the future of credibility in communications. What emerged from the research was not a generation overwhelmed by synthetic media or one that unquestioningly trusts technology. In many ways, it was the opposite. These young professionals appear more skeptical, more cautious and more aware of the risks surrounding manipulated content than many leaders give them credit for.

Event Panel Topics Agency Leaders Want To Cover Most Right Now

This Forbes Agency Council article talks about how event panels are meant to be more than time fillers. The expectation for senior leaders is that a panel will new ideas, challenge the status quo and spark conversations after the panel is completed.

At the top of the list, Agency leaders  want to explore how organizations can build credibility, develop talent, adapt to changing customer expectations and make better decisions in a rapidly changing business environment.

Pollack: Earned Trust In The Age Of AI Discovery

If I could convene a panel today, it would be on “Earned Trust in the Age of AI Discovery.” We are standing at a pivotal moment where credibility, not spend, is the new engine of visibility. The real question is how brands can reestablish authentic authority as both algorithms and audiences shift to reward truth over sheer volume. This is the conversation our industry must have now: not about tactics, but about why trust is fast becoming the defining currency for marketers. – Stefan Pollack, The Pollack Group

How To Beat Digital Marketing Fatigue Among Savvy B2B Buyers

As more digital marketing flood the B2B space, Forbes Agency Council explored how those buyers have become remarkably good at recognizing marketing built to look personal without being relevant. Part of the onslaught is that email and digital feeds are getting crowded with AI-generated content. That shift is making it even harder to earn attention. While swapping in a first name or a job title may have once passed for personalization, it now signals automation disguised as personal outreach.

Worldcom Partner Stefan Pollack and the members Forbes Agency Council share strategies to break through buyers’ digital marketing fatigue, build credibility and create stronger connections with increasingly selective B2B audiences.

Pollack: Get Cited As An Authority

B2B buyers tune out campaigns but lean into credibility. The antidote to digital fatigue isn’t better targeting; it’s earned trust. Thought leadership in respected publications, genuine expert voices and peer validation cut through where ads no longer can. When your brand shows up as a cited authority rather than a sponsored message, buyers don’t feel marketed to; they feel informed. – Stefan Pollack, The Pollack Group
