[Guide] Creating Female Leaders Of The Future: The Organizational Expectations Of Women Leaders

The Worldcom Public Relations Group is on a mission to help create the female leaders of the future. The Worldcom Confidence Index shows that women represent 20% of the global sample of CEO’s and other C Suite executives. In comparison, Worldcom has almost double (38%) the number of organisations with female CEOs or senior leaders.

So, we asked them to provide advice to guide the leaders of tomorrow on their leadership journey. This guide provides insight and advice about the challenges they faced in creating and maintaining a leadership role in a PR agency. We asked Worldcom members around the world what influenced them and helped them carve their career path through professional and cultural challenges.
