Published on 30th March 2023

The Worldcom Public Relations Group is on a mission to help create the female leaders of the future. The Worldcom Confidence Index shows that women represent 20% of the global sample of CEO’s and other C Suite executives. In comparison, Worldcom has almost double (38%) the number of organisations with female CEOs or senior leaders.

So, we asked them to provide advice to guide the leaders of tomorrow on their leadership journey. This guide take a look at the future as the Public Relations world continues to change. Our members provide insight and advice about qualities that are needed to succeed and advance in the next decade. We asked Worldcom members around the world what influenced them and helped them carve their career path through professional and cultural challenges.

If you aspire to lead, we hope this guide, and the other seven we have created (see below the form), inspire you on your leadership journey.
