McDougall Communications is searching for a senior-level communications professional to become part of our special culture that’s taken shape over the past decade. The regional, national, and global work you’ll be undertaking changes lives. We help healthcare professionals adopt new standards of care and innovative medical devices, raise the visibility of educators and students, and counsel community institutions on ways to navigate unexpected developments and seize growth opportunities. Most candidates will have between 12 to 20 years of relevant experience. McDougall Communications offers a generous benefits package including employer-subsidized medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, paid vacation, PRSA membership, professional development contributions and more. Salary is commensurate with experience, with base compensation in the $70,000 - $100,000 range, plus performance-based bonus eligibility. The position is based in our Rochester, N.Y. office, with an on-site presence needed four days per week. Occasional domestic travel is anticipated.
