Worldcom partner The Pollack Group has integrated Winnow+Glean, the creative studio founded by John Cheng and Daniel Chou, into the agency—expanding its creative and digital firepower and deepening its leadership bench.
As part of the move, Winnow+Glean’s operations join forces with Pollack’s digital and content studio LAB186. Cheng becomes Creative Director and Chou Director of Digital Strategy, both based in Los Angeles, where they’ll collaborate across the agency while remaining hands-on with client relationships.
The integration bolsters Pollack’s “full-spectrum storytelling” model—uniting strategy, creativity, digital execution, and earned influence under one roof. In addition to brand, design, and web, clients now gain broader access to video production, social/content creation, lead gen, email marketing, 3D animation, event activations, and integrated PR/marketing support.
“We’re thrilled to welcome John and Daniel into The Pollack Group family,” said Stefan Pollack, president & CFO of The Pollack Group. Their decade of creative and digital leadership, coupled with a deep commitment to client success, aligns strongly with our agency’s mission and values. This transition strengthens our ability to deliver integrated, full-spectrum creative, marketing, and communications solutions for our clients, while preserving the trusted relationships John and Daniel have built. We’re excited for what we’ll build together and the new opportunities this integration creates.”
