Generación Z: compromiso y rotación laboral en América Latina Event (Generation Z: Engagement and Labor Turnover in Latin America)
Worldcom Partners Alurralde, Jasper + Asoc., MC Comunicaciones, Realidades, Agencia Interamericana de Comunicación and strategia Relaciones Públicas are presenting a regional study for Latin America that explores how today’s young professionals think and what they are looking for.
The Worldcom partners invite you to participate in the panel discussion on Generation Z and its relationship with the world of work. The event will be a space for analysis and dialogue on how internal communication and organizational culture influence the motivations, expectations and work decisions of young people in Latin America.
Meet the panelists who will join us and talk about how Generation Z is linked to work today: what motivates them, what they expect from organizations and what influences their decision to stay or change jobs, integrating the perspective of young professionals and entrepreneurs in the region.
