This practice can inform and refine planning, executions and analysis, in turn creating the environment to facilitate behavioral changes. Behavior Design is rooted in the teachings of Dr. BJ Fogg, PhD, who founded of the Persuasive Technology Lab at Stanford University.

Roger served on the Arizona Interactive Marketing Association board as President. He was Ad Person of the Year in 2007 and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2003. Currently, he is the Global Board Chair for the Worldcom Public Relations Group.
