The 3Cs Playbook: Skills for an inclusive AI approach is the Unstereotype Alliance’s first global framework designed to help companies, agencies, and communications teams identify and mitigate bias when using generative AI.
Alurralde, Jasper + Asoc., who is a co-founding members of the Argentine chapter of the Unstereotype Alliance, helped create the guide in response to growing concerns about AI-generated content reproducing existing biases and stereotypes, providing organizations with a practical approach to using this technology more responsibly and inclusively.
It introduces three key principles: Curate, Create, and Control. The playbook created a practical methodology for reviewing the data and inputs used by AI systems, designing prompts and processes that help reduce bias, and evaluating AI-generated outputs before publication.
Designed for marketing, advertising, and communications professionals, the framework can be applied throughout the entire campaign development cycle -from research and planning to content creation, media buying, and testing. Ultimately, it aims to help AI generate more diverse and inclusive representations while preventing the reproduction of existing forms of discrimination.
