We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join our healthcare team, which works with leaders across industry verticals including pharmaceuticals, device, diagnostics, providers, payors, tech and nonprofits. In this role you will act as the dedicated day-to-day lead across several strategic public affairs and communications’ accounts in the vaccines, cardiology, diabetes, and infectious disease space as well as traditional pharmaceutical product marketing communications and hospital system/healthcare provider services/communications’ support. Key to this position will be a passion to learn about how public affairs and communications programs help clients develop new markets. Work will include building relationships with patient and other nonprofit groups, creating advocacy and awareness programs for nonprofits that meet partnership requirements for funders, and a passion to learn about the role policy and reimbursement plays in our clients’ success. Working in collaboration with account team members, you will be implementing strategic omnichannel communications programs that move the needle for clients. FoodMinds is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to be an integral part of our team. You will work with high-profile food and beverage clients to provide counsel on the food and nutrition environment and related business implications. Responsibilities include supporting food and nutrition affairs programs, ongoing monitoring of the food and nutrition affairs environment, and working on specific efforts focused on topics such as front-of-pack labeling and dietary guidance. A foundational knowledge of global and national food and nutrition policy, as well as the factors driving change in the food environment, is important for this role. This position is based in our Chicago, Minneapolis, New York City, San Francisco, Boston, Richmond or Washington D.C. office. This is not a fully remote position. Your Responsibilities: Stay up to date on the food, nutrition, health and policy landscape, with an eye to important food policy topics such as nutrient profiling, labeling, marketing regulations, sodium/sugar reduction programs, dietary guidance and more. Monitor legislative and regulatory actors and processes, both in the U.S. and internationally. Translate technical science and regulatory data and standards into actionable recommendations and communications for clients and food policy stakeholders. Manage day-to-day project details, timelines and workplans with accuracy and thoroughness. Actively contribute ideas in team meetings and brainstorm sessions. Proactively manage time (including accurate time entry), assignments and to-do lists against deadlines.
Boston
We’re looking for someone to help lead and grow our Boston business and are particularly keen on finding someone who’s passionate about and comfortable in SaaS, Web 3, clean tech and/or biotech. You’ll be leading, developing and motivating a team of locally-based and permanently-remote professionals, and charged with crafting data-driven campaigns for existing and net new clients that move the needles that matter to them. You’ll want to own some client relationships, and coach some of your team as they take on broader project and account leadership responsibilities. And as one of the key leaders on our Boston team, you’ll also be expected to build a pipeline and then lead or support new business pitches, working collaboratively with colleagues from SHIFT and across our network to develop and deliver killer proposals that win in the room.
