Job Description: Summary: Padilla’s paid media practice is a high growth area for the agency. We are ready to keep expanding, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team. The paid media senior strategist will support client programs with the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across food and beverage, B2B, B2C, health and tech clients. We’re looking for a person who has seen enough of everything to understand what questions to ask and which team members to bring into a project. Someone who isn’t afraid to say “I don’t know” and is eager to find the answer. You need to bring a healthy mix of digital project management, strategy, visual design knowledge, UX and technical understanding to help us build solutions for our clients. What you’ll be doing You’ll be representing the creative team as an interactive producer who owns it and acts on it.
