We are looking to add talented and experienced public relations and marketing leaders to our growing people-first team. We’re searching for an experienced leader that wants to play a big role in a growth setting, with direct influence and leadership over agency vision and direction, client strategy and programs, sales and marketing, team development and more. The right candidate will quickly become instrumental to the success of our clients and the agency. You’ll actively shape PR and marketing strategies, counsel and advise clients, create content strategies, develop our people, direct media and digital programs and align our programs with our clients’ strategic business objectives. Account directors are the primary contacts and strategic leads on their accounts – they lead internal teams, manage employees, create and manage programs and serve as a key part of our management team.
