Yucatan releases results of French Trusted Media Confidence

Worldcom Partner, Yucatan completed a study  about into the French people’s confidence in the media in 2024.   The study was done in collaboration with the Opinéa Institute.

The study was done with a representative sample of 1,011 people. It revealed some interesting trends in French media landscape.

Television was considered the most trusted media for 36% of French people. When looking at the demographic of 56-70 year-olds, This number rises to 47%.  That result demonstrate the strong loyalty of older generations to this traditional media.

While television remains in first place, there are notable age-specific disparities. For Social Networks, they have the lowest level of trust and the least confidence.
