Worldcom Partner Vault Communications was recently honored by the Philadelphia Inquirer as one of the top small workplaces in the Philadelphia metro area.
For the awards, the Philadelphia Inquirer partners with Energage who creates a process to collect employee feedback. The survey asks employees for their feedback on such factors as pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness, and appreciation.
In addition to the recognition for Vault, Chief Executive Officer Kate Shields was given a special award for Leadership.
“Being recognized by my own team is the highest compliment,” said Shields. “They are my unfiltered humanity – the good decision, the mistakes, and everything in between.”
