Three Worldcom Partners Recognised in the 2024 Inspiring Workplaces Awards

We are excited to announce that three of our Worldcom partners have been recognised as finalists in the Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2024.

Partner recognised:

Airfoil Group as a finalists in the Top 100 Inspiring Workplace in North America.

BPRESS as a finalists in the Top 25 Inspiring Workplace in Europe.

Springboard as a finalists in the Top 50 Inspiring Workplace in the UK and Ireland.

 

For the Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2024 each organization was asked to complete the entry form consisting of six key elements. Elements Inspiring Workplaces believes are fundamental to creating a PeopleFirst culture and by extension an Inspiring Workplace. They are:

  • Culture and Purpose
  • Leadership
  • Wellbeing
  • Inclusion
  • Employee Voice
  • Employee Experience

Organizations of all sizes and industries entered a category defined by how many people are within the business. The finalists were decided by an independent expert judging panel.

Finalists across all regions include Estee Lauder, Hovis, H&M, NHS, PepsiCo, Philip Morris International, Squarespace, SurveyMonkey, Unilever, Verizon, and many more.
