Published on 24th June 2025

Springboard Communications, a Worldcom Partner, was named PRCA Agency of the Year at the 2025 Spotlight Awards for Excellence in Communications on June 20. This marks the second time the agency has received the prestigious national award, having previously won in 2023.

Recognized by the PRCA, Springboard Communications was noted for its people-first approach, long-standing client relationships, commitment to purpose-led growth and commended the agency’s B Corp certification.

Susie Horgan, Managing Director and Founder of Springboard Communications, said: “Winning PRCA Agency of the Year once was an incredible honour — winning it twice is truly special. It reflects the commitment and ingenuity our team brings to every project. Over the past year, we’ve evolved our model, deepened client partnerships and helped shape a more purposeful future for communications. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and grateful to our clients for their continued trust.”

In addition, Client Manager Chloe Kavanagh was named Rising Star 2025 for her achievements in digital strategy and client leadership, along with her forward-thinking vision for the communications profession.
