Congratulations to our partner in Ireland, Springboard Communications, which has ranked 14th in the 2024 Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in the UK & Ireland and second in the Small Business category of up 49 employees. Springboard Communications is the only Irish communications agency in the Top 50 list, which recognises people-first organisations.

Six key elements of the finalists’ investment in people were assessed in the judging process – Culture and Purpose; Leadership; Wellbeing; Inclusion; Employee Voice; and Employee Experience. The awards were announced at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London on 16 May.

Speaking on the award, Susie Horgan, Managing Director and Founder of Springboard Communications said: “We are honoured to be recognised among the top Inspiring Workplaces. At Springboard Communications, our people are our greatest asset, and this award reflects our unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and continuous growth. I am particularly pleased that our employee voice was called out, as giving team members the opportunity and space to express their ideas, concerns, and perspectives is an integral part of our business. We believe that when our team thrives, our clients succeed, and we can make a meaningful impact in the communications landscape.”
