Worldcom Partner David Naranjo of RockOrange recognized on Univision’s ¡Despierta América!

Worldcom Partner RockOrange’s Managing Principal was recently featured on Univision’s ¡Despierta América! He was in the Orgullo Hispano (Hispanic Pride) segment that features an interview with David Naranjo’s journey and his company RockOrange. The interview shows how RockOrange is bridging the gap between Latino Talent and major brands in the United States.

During his career, Naranjo has represented Latino talents that include Gloria Estefan, Thalia, Marc Anthony, Shakira and Ricky Martin. In the interview, Naranjo recounts how he got involved with television as a youth and how his mother helped to support and influence him to persevere. He talks about how interviewing Gloria Estefan when he was 14 years old changed his life. he later went to work for Emilio and Gloria Estefan.

Eventually, he would become the Vice President of Public Relations for the Estefans and later Director at Sony Music. He talks about the formation of his agency, RockOrange and the mission of the company and the rise of Latinos in American businesses.
