Given the technological changes in public relations and marketing, the demands on companies are expected to increase. In its report, 2025 The Future of Communications,  Worldcom Public Relations Group predicts the main trends for 2025 based on a survey of executives at leading PR agencies and companies. With over 60 predictions, Worldcom provides insights for the industry will evolve to meet changing market needs.

The predictions from 2024  did include specific recommendations and opinions regarding the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI). However, this year’s predictions had AI included in almost every aspect of the public relations and communications market around the globe.

PR in 2025 will bring new challenges but also huge opportunities. The key to success will be to combine modern technology with authentic and transparent communication.
