Published on 22nd January 2025

As a proud partner of Worldcom, Nuffer, Smith, Tucker (NST) continues to make significant strides in the public relations industry while celebrating 50 years of excellence. The San Diego-based agency has expanded its team with three new professionals and has been recognized both nationally and locally for its commitment to fostering a people-first workplace culture.

NST’s dedication to workplace excellence has earned the agency a spot on PRWeek’s prestigious list of “Best Places to Work” in 2024, as well as recognition from the San Diego Business Journal. These accolades reinforce NST’s position as a top-tier agency that prioritizes its employees’ well-being, professional growth, and overall job satisfaction.

“Investing in our team is the only way to grow our agency’s expertise and fulfill our purpose of bettering ourselves, our partners and the world around us,” said NST President and Partner Teresa Siles. “As our team grows, we’re prioritizing each team member’s professional development and emphasizing our learning and teaching philosophy in all we do.”

As a women-owned, full-service public relations firm, NST embraces an inclusive and collaborative environment, ensuring team members have the support and resources they need to thrive. The agency’s flexible work policies, ongoing professional development opportunities, and commitment to work-life balance are just a few of the ways NST invests in its team.

In the final quarter of 2024, NST promoted current team members Adriana Villa and Elle Seeler to account executives and Luke Dane to account coordinator.  In addition, the agency added three new team members – Account Executive Julia Nellis and Account Coordinators Camden Painton and Brooke Dixon – to meet the needs of a growing client roster.
