Worldcom Public Relations Group partner DNA, the Bristol-based employer branding agency, has appointed Eoin Rodgers as Managing Director as the firm enters its next phase of growth.

Rodgers brings more than 20 years of experience growing agencies to the role. His appointment comes as DNA continues to invest in new capabilities, expand its international reach and build on its recent partnership with the Worldcom PR Group.

The move also marks a new chapter for DNA founder John Tarrant. He will become the Chair after 16 years leading the agency day to day. Tarrant will now focus on DNA’s long-term strategy, culture and future growth, while Rodgers takes on day-to-day leadership.

In an interview with Bristol Creative Industries, John Tarrant said, “After 16 years leading the agency day-to-day, this is the right time for me to step into a Chairman role and focus on the bigger-picture opportunities ahead. Bringing Eoin into the business gives us the leadership capacity, fresh perspective and energy to accelerate our ambitions while maintaining the values that have made the agency successful.”

We Are DNA specializes in employer branding, employee value proposition development, candidate attraction and employee engagement, and joined the Worldcom Public Relations Group in June 2026.
