Worldcom PR Group partner Casacom is marked its landmark 25th anniversary on September 11, 2001.  The firm was founded by Marie-Josée Gagnon with a conviction that communication could be far more than a tactical tool. It could serve as a genuine driver of transformation for organizations.

“What I wanted to build didn’t exist yet. A firm that puts humanity and excellence on equal footing, and offers every communications and public relations service under one roof,” said Gagnon. “Over the past 25 years, we’ve built this firm one decision, one encounter, one challenge at a time.”

Today, that founding vision continues to shape how the agency works with clients on their most complex communications challenges. Casacom supports it client communications through reputation management, crisis communications, audience engagement, and influencer strategy.

Jean-Michel Nahas, who has worked alongside Gagnon at Casacom for more than a decade, steps into the presidency with a deep commitment to the agency’s founding principles and a clear sense of what the next chapter requires.

“What motivates me for tomorrow: knowing that I am surrounded by a group of exceptional people, deeply committed and with seasoned expertise,” said Nahas. “A gang that has the will to do things differently and that, like Marie-Josée 25 years ago, has the courage to dare.”
