After becoming a partner of Worldcom Group this year, Greg Abel of Abel Communications participated in the Worldcom North American Region Conference with his VP, Jessica Fast.  During the conference, they got to experience the culture of San Antonia and the power of the culture of Worldcom Public Relations Group.

“Worldcom opened up a new network of fellow business owners and leaders who face similar challenges and opportunities.” said Abel. “If you’ve ever been to a great industry conference, you know the feeling; it’s when you can dispense of the need to provide a lot of background information or details when talking shop because, odds are, they’ve been where you’ve been and just plain get it.”

With a lineup of industry experts, partner panels and cultural activities in the incredible city of San Antonia, Abel summarize the most important takeaways from the meeting as:

  • There’s an art and science to annual planning that can shape the year ahead.
  • The importance of fun.
  • No one has it all figured out!
