Siri, you just don’t understand me! Our partner, Helga Bailey International, discusses how digital assistants, such as Siri, while no longer anything new, are working hard to bridge the communication gap with their human users. These digital assistants are used in our smartphones, TV’s and in the car. When using these digital assistants, it is important to know these devices do not always understand the questions being asked. Assuming that everyone always understands you often doesn’t work. Reasoning for this can be you do not speak the same language or you are simply just too loud. The same can be said for digital assistants.
