2016 was an extraordinary year that will have far-reaching impact on communications in 2017. Significant global uncertainty has been created by a variety of changes.
These changes include a new administration in the USA, Brexit, the rise of populist politics, the sad death of the King of Thailand, a slowdown in economic growth in China and the recent decision by oil producing nations to control production to increase the price of oil. All these changes, and many others, bring both challenges and opportunities to organizations of all sizes around the world.
