Vault Communications Named a 2026 Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplace

Published on 29th June 2026

Vault Communications, a Worldcom Public Relations Group partner based in Philadelphia, has been named to The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Top Workplaces list for the third consecutive year. The designation is a special honor because it is determined entirely by employee voting.

The recognition reflects the agency’s long-standing commitment to building a workplace culture rooted in its core values of Heart, Hunger, Curiosity, and Excellence.

For Vault, the distinction carries particular meaning precisely because it comes from within: Top Workplaces rankings are based solely on employee feedback, making the honour a direct expression of team sentiment rather than external evaluation.

“Our team voting us onto the The Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces list — for the third time in a row — isn’t a trophy,” said Kate Shields, CEO Vault Communications.  “It’s a signal that the culture we’ve built brick by brick really matters. It’s proof that Heart, Hunger, Curiosity and Excellence aren’t words on a wall — they’re the way we roll.”

The agency’s approach to culture is grounded in a simple but deliberate philosophy: that no two people are the same, and that a great workplace must respect the different needs, goals, motivations, and priorities each person brings. In a competitive talent environment where skilled professionals have no shortage of options, Vault views every day a team member chooses to stay as something genuinely earned.

Worldcom congratulates the entire Vault Communications team on this well-deserved recognition.
