Springboard Communications ranks in the Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces

Our Partner agency, Springboard Communications, has ranked in the Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces. Springboard Communications is the only Irish communications agency on the list, which recognises people-first organisations.

The announcement comes after Springboard Communications was awarded 14th in the 2024 Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in the UK & Ireland and second in the Small Business category of up to 49 employees at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London in May.

Announced on September 5th, the Top 100 list was compiled from the highest-scoring winners across each of Inspiring Workplaces’ operating regions worldwide, including Asia, Australasia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East & Africa, North America, and the UK & Ireland. The sixkey elements assessed in the judging process were:

  • Wellbeing
  • Inclusion
  • Employee Voice
  • Employee Experience
