Worldcom Partner Maarc announced its acquisition of Ulysse Communication, an agency founded by former business journalists. Ulysse Communication has been recognized for its expertise in institutional press relations and strategic support for executives.

“In an increasingly polarized and saturated public debate, we see growing demand from our clients for dedicated executive communications support. The expertise of Ulysse’s consultants strengthens our ability to advise leaders – whatever the stakes or the channels – while staying true to our belief: to be heard, one must speak clearly and truthfully,” said Cyrille Arcamone, Founding Partner of Maarc.

The acquisition of Ulysee Communications allows Maarc to:

  • Strengthen its advice to leaders facing the challenge of being heard in a saturated environment
  • Expand its network of influence
  • Consolidate its expertise in economic media relations, financial communication, leader advocacy

Following the merger of the two organizations, Maarc will bring together a team of around 40 consultants serving over 70 clients, generating a combined gross margin exceeding €5 million.
