Founded 35 years ago by Bill Imada, IW Group has grown into one of the industry’s leading multicultural agencies. Under the leadership of President and Chief Momentum Officer Nita Song, the agency has reached new heights, achieving revenues of $24 million and delivering some of its most innovative work to date.

“We’re the largest we’ve ever been, and we’ve done some of our most exciting work,” said Song, highlighting the agency’s continued growth and evolution despite challenging market conditions.

IW Group’s client roster includes some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including McDonald’s, Lexus, Suntory Global Spirits, The Walt Disney Company, Covered California, Walmart, and Warner Bros. Discovery. The agency’s success stems from its commitment to grounding unexpected creativity in strategic community insight—a principle that has remained constant throughout its 35-year history.

The recognition comes at a time when the agency has demonstrated remarkable resilience and innovation, proving that curiosity and cultural understanding remain crucial driving forces in creating meaningful brand connections across diverse communities.
