According to a 2023 Deloitte study, 94% of employees believe that company culture is crucial to their success. However, the same study said only 28% believe that their leaders act as true ambassadors of that culture.
This imbalance presents a strategic opportunity for senior executives in 2025: to be the catalysts of cultural transformation, reinforcing values, vision and purpose in every corner of the organization.
