Client Successes

Brussels South Charleroi Airport is a regional airport at 45 km from the center of Brussels. Ten years ago the airport was not excisting and did not have much traffic. The challenge was to put the airport on the map and make people aware of easyness to travel from this airport. We repositioned the airport to the Friendly Airport and started communicating about the accessibility, easy parking in front of terminal, fast check-in and security checks. We challenged journalists to test statements like from parking to gate in 15 minutes. The airport developed from 1 million passengers in 2004 to 5 million passengers in 2010. The past 3 years the airport is in the top 3 of the fastest growing airports in Europe.
