Hugely successful $900m acquisition of Hard Rock Cafe

Working with Worldcom partners in the US and throughout Europe, co-ordinating the UK media relations campaign for The Seminole Indian Tribe of Florida in their hugely successful $900 million acquisition of The Hard Rock Cafe restaurant chain from UK Stock Market listed leisure organisation, The Rank Group plc.

This involved organising an international press conference in Piccadilly, London, monitoring institutional investor sentiment towards the deal, market feedback from analysts, media and the public, resulting in greatly enhanced international profile for the tribe and commercial and investor interest in their activities.
