About Worldcom

Worldcom Public Relations Group Quality

Worldcom is the only international network that requires partner firms to meet stringent management standards for business planning, financial systems, campaign evaluation, client satisfaction, service delivery, consistency of processes, training and development of staff, and firm marketing.  Each firm undergoes a peer assessment of its management standards every three years and must meet the standards to remain a Worldcom partner. Moreover, our partners believe strongly in accountability and sign an agreement to fulfill specific quality requirements. We have proprietary processes and defined standards for firms working together for clients on assignments to help ensure the very best effort is expended on the clients' behalf.

Other programs that set the Worldcom partnership apart include:

  • Worldcom University -- a staff training program of 16 courses developed by Worldcom partners and quarterly webinars covering the latest trends and hottest topics of intreest to partners
  • Relationship Branding -- a proprietary client branding process
  • Eight active practice groups -- a place where partners share knowledge and best practices, and work together to develop strong client programs: consumer, technology, public affairs, crisis, health care, financial services, investor relations, and travel & tourism

Worldcom partners occupy leadership positions in the world's leading public relations professional organizations such as the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Council of Public Relations firms, International PR Association (IPRA), Canadian Public Relations Society, German PR Association (DPRA) C.E.R.P., International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), and others.

Worldcom's hallmark of quality has been recognized by our peers in the honors and awards they have bestowed on our partner-initiated programs around the world. But the most important reward is that our programs meet our client's goals.
