Sturges Word Brings Home the Gold at Regional ADDY’s

Sturges Word Communications earned a gold award in the sales promotion category at the 2008 Regional ADDY Awards for a corporate marketing tool designed for The Cordish Co. The Regional ADDY Awards are part of the American Advertising Federation’s Spring Conference, April 18-19 in Omaha, Neb.

Before advancing to the regional competition, the firm earned a gold award at the 2008 Kansas City ADDY Awards as well as a bronze award in the sales promotion category for marketing materials developed for The Ellington Condos. The Kansas City event, formerly known as the OMNI awards, was held February 16 at the Bartle Hall Grand Ballroom and drew attendance of more than 850 advertising professionals from the Kansas City area. This year’s awards competition had a record of more than 1,200 entries.
