WORLD’S LARGEST PUBLIC RELATIONS NETWORK ADDS NEW PARTNERS IN CHINA, TAIWAN AND PHILIPPINES

Singapore -- August 28, 2006 -- Worldcom, the world’s largest network of independent public relations companies elected three new Asia Pacific partners at its regional meeting in Singapore last week.

Paradigm Communications (Beijing and Shanghai, China), MegaReach (Manila, Philippines) and Dynamic Public Relations Inc (Taipei, Taiwan) join partners in 10 other Asia Pacific countries and more than 100 partners worldwide.

Paradigm Communication (China), managed by Edwin So, was founded in 1998 and specialises in technology, consumer and corporate communications.

MegaReach (Philippines) is a full service public relations firm, formed in 1995 by radio broadcaster Joy Gador and newspaperman Arnel Medrano to provide both government and private sector services.

Dynamic Public Relations (Taiwan) is an independent agency, founded in 2000 by experienced public relations professional Marian Ma, which offers public relations, publicity and marketing events.

The chair of Worldcom Asia Pacific Region, Douglas Wright said that the addition of partners in China, the Philippines and Taiwan strengthened the group and provided additional reach for clients of Worldcom firms around the world.

“These new firms had to meet stringent entry conditions and will be subject to a rigorous peer review of management standards within their first year of membership,” said Mr Wright.

“There’s a big difference between a professional public relations network like the Worldcom Group and informal partner relationships common among smaller agencies.

“The professional processes and systems we have in place allow us to serve clients more effectively than a loose agreement, common among less established networks.  Worldcom provides clients with superior service and international expertise, without global agency overheads.  Clients also have access to specialist services, such as staff training programs, practice groups and relationship branding – a proprietary client branding process,” said Mr Wright.
