Worldcom Public Relations Group EMEA elects board to drive cooperation

Leading international PR partnership elects the EMEA region board to drive cooperation. The Group keeps on developing global PR services fit for the new media culture.
Helsinki, May 31st 2012. WORLDCOM Public Relations Group (Worldcom) the world’s leading partnership of independently owned public relations counseling firms, announces its regional board slate for the remainder of 2012 and 2013.

Past Chair Corinna Voss, Managing Director at HBI, Germany, has been elected Global Chair of Worldcom Public Relations Group in the annual general meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. Imma Folch, CEO at LF Channel, Spain, becomes the new Regional Chair of Worldcom PR Group EMEA.

Imma Folch warmly thanks her predecessor Corinna Voss for the excellent work done as Regional Chair and feels confident and excited about the future of the Worldcom Public Relations Group. ”Despite of undeniable challenges, especially in the European economies, there are so many new business opportunities to seize around us and, for our part, ease our financial torment by speeding up sustainable growth”, Ms. Folch says.
As the head of the Barcelona-based PR consultancy LF Channel, Folch has several years of experience in the business and also as the Marketing Chair of Worldcom PR Group EMEA (2009-2012). Her input in developing new business by means of innovative web communications is highly valued among Worldcom clients and partners.
Other new members of the regional board were elected in the AGM, and a new position was added: the chair for sponsorship, who will be responsible for promoting cooperation and service development.
